Audit Director/Shareholder

Clarke has over 19 years providing assurance and advisory services.  Clarke is an Audit Director whose primary responsibility is to conduct the more technical aspects of each engagement and to coordinate the work of the staff members on the team.  

Clarke joined Atkinson & Co. in 2009, he was formerly with a national accounting firm.

Clarke has a BA in Accounting and Business Administration from Ouachita Baptist University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New Mexico Society of Certified Public Accountants, Construction Financial Management Association, Association of Builders and Contractors, and the Association of Government Accountants.
